However, some marketplace integrations or connected systems may include information related to buyers, recipients, commercial contacts, collaborators, or third parties.
When such data is received through an authorized integration, Zeler AI will process it only to the extent necessary to provide the service, maintain technical operation, comply with applicable obligations, handle support, or execute customer instructions.
Zeler AI will seek to apply minimization, security, restricted-access, and limited-retention criteria with respect to personal data of third parties.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary authorizations, permissions, legal bases, and authority to connect accounts, sheets, systems, or data that include third-party information.
Tokens, credentials, and authorization information
Zeler AI does not request passwords for marketplaces, Google accounts, or other external platforms.
When an integration requires authorization, the user must grant permissions through the official flows available for each platform.

Zeler AI keeps data for the time necessary to provide the service, maintain the account, operate integrations, comply with legal obligations, handle support, administer billing, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.
Operational data from integrations will be kept while the account, integration, or service is active and necessary to provide the contracted service.
When the customer cancels their account, disconnects an integration, or requests deletion of data, Zeler AI may delete, block, or anonymize the associated operational data within a reasonable period, which in general terms may be up to 90 days, unless there is a legal, tax, contractual, technical, security, or dispute-resolution obligation that requires keeping it for longer.

Actions in case of misuse or excessive use
Zeler AI may limit, pause, degrade, suspend, or adjust synchronizations, queries, or features when it detects abuse, excessive consumption, unauthorized use, breach of terms, technical risk, non-payment, critical errors, or potential impact on other users.
In plans that include limits by orders, frequency, or consumption, Zeler AI may apply overage charges according to the applicable commercial terms.
Customer responsibility over connected data
The customer is responsible for:

These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide services to Zeler AI or enable platform operation.
Zeler AI will seek to ensure that these providers adopt reasonable confidentiality, security, and limited-processing obligations according to the nature of the contracted service.
Export, download, or external use of data
The user may export, copy, download, share, or use outside Zeler AI the data displayed in reports, spreadsheets, templates, or results, according to the available features and applicable permissions.
The customer will be responsible for the subsequent use they make of that data outside Zeler AI, including its storage, security, sharing, publication, processing, deletion, or use with third parties.
Zeler AI will not be responsible for processing performed by the customer outside the platform or outside the services operated by Zeler AI.
Quality, availability, and accuracy of data
